"Understanding How To Have Peace With God"
1. God loves you and has a plan for you!
The Bible says, "God so loved the world that He gave Hie only and only Son, (Jesus Christ), that whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16
Jesus said, "I come that they may have life and have it abundantly" - a complete life and full purpose. John 10:10
2. Man (mankind) is sinful and separated from God.
We have all done, said or thought bad things, which the Bible calls "sin." The Bible says, "All have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God." Romans 6:23
However, the "Good News" is that:
3. God sent His Son (Jesus Christ) to die for our sins!
Jesus died in our place so that we could live with Him in eternity.
"God demonstrates His Own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8
But it didn't end with His death on The Cross at Calvary. HE ROSE AGAIN FROM THE DEAD, AND HE STILL LIVES!
"Christ died for our sins . . . He wsas buried . . . He was raised from the grave on the third day according to the Holy Scriptures." I Corinthians 15:3-4
Jesus Christ is the only way to God!
Jesus Christ said, "I AM the way, and the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father, but thorough Me." John 14:6
4. Would you like to receive God's forgiveness for your life?
We can't earn salvation, we are saved by God's Grace and Mercy when we confess and have faith in His Son Jesus Christ.
All you have to do is to believe and confess that you are a sinner, that Jesus Christ died for your sins on The Cross at Calvary, and ask for his forgiveness. He knows you, and He loves you in spite of yourself, who you are or, what ever you have done! What matters to Him is the attitude of your heart and your honesty.
We suggest that that you pray the following prayer to accept Christ Jesus into your life as Lord and Savior:
"Dear Lord Jesus, I know and confess that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe and confess the You died for my sins on The Cross at Calvary and was buried and God-The Father raised You from the dead on the third day. I now confess, trust and will follow You as my Lord and Savior. Guide my life and help me to do Your will." This I ask in Your Name (Jesus Christ), Amen.
