"Everything In The Name Of Jesus Christ!"
* Colossians 3:17 "And whatever you do, weather in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him."
* Commentary
Whether it be singing, weather it be what you say or do, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Neither in worship, nor in his business and leisure activities, must the Christian engage in anything that cannot be done in Christ's name (that is, by his authority and in prayer to him).
This covers our whole life. It applies to conduct, to the places you go, to your job. If in doubt, see if you can while on your knees ask Christ to go with you and bless you in what you are about to do.
The Christian believer should always be thankful, because if he "does all in the name of Jesus Christ," the Lord will always be with him, and work out all for good.
